Our approach is evidence-based, practical, and personal. We focus on a clear diagnosis, safe medication planning, patient education, and consistent follow-up, so you always understand the reason for treatment and the next step in your care.

ADHD Evaluation and Treatment
ADHD can look like disorganization, procrastination, forgetfulness, poor follow-through, distractibility, restlessness, or trouble finishing tasks. It can also overlap with anxiety, depression, sleep problems, trauma, or substance use, which is why a careful evaluation matters.
We provide ADHD evaluation and treatment planning in Georgia. Treatment may include education, behavioral strategies, medication when appropriate, and follow-up visits to check how well it is working and that it is safe.
Addiction Treatment and Medication-Assisted Treatment
Addiction treatment should be confidential, respectful, and medically supervised. We help adults with opioid addiction, cravings, relapse risk, and co-occurring psychiatric symptoms. When clinically appropriate, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) may include Suboxone or other options that support stability and recovery. We also offer smoking cessation support.
Recovery takes more than a prescription. We also help with triggers, mood symptoms, sleep problems, trauma, anxiety, and depression, so your addiction care and mental health care work together.

Medical Weight Loss and Metabolic Health
Medical weight loss is different from dieting trends. We look at your medical history, current medications, metabolic risk, and goals, and we monitor you safely. When appropriate, treatment may include GLP-1 medication such as semaglutide or tirzepatide as part of a supervised plan.
We do not make unrealistic promises. Our focus is on evaluation, safety, steady progress, and long-term health. For men and women with hormone-related symptoms, we also offer hormone replacement therapy.
Telehealth Psychiatry
Telehealth makes psychiatric care more private and convenient. We offer secure video visits for eligible patients in Georgia, Arizona, and Colorado, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ADHD follow-up, addiction-treatment follow-up, and medical weight-loss care, depending on the service and what is clinically appropriate.
Telehealth is helpful for busy parents, students, professionals, and anyone who prefers a discreet visit. Every visit is still a full clinical appointment focused on safe treatment.
In-Person Visits in McDonough, Georgia
Our office is at 1725 Pennsylvania Avenue, McDonough, GA 30253. Patients from McDonough, Stockbridge, Henry County, Atlanta, Conyers, Decatur, and Jonesboro visit us for mental health care, addiction treatment, medical weight loss, and veteran evaluations.
We offer evening appointments until 9 pm Monday to Thursday, and we are open Friday to Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm.
VA Nexus Letters and Mental Health Evaluations
Veterans may need clear medical documentation of their current mental health symptoms, diagnoses, history, and any possible connection to service. We provide mental health-focused evaluations that can support nexus letters and DBQ-related documentation when clinically appropriate.
This service is most often used for PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, substance use, and secondary mental health conditions. Our goal is careful, honest clinical documentation. The VA makes all claim decisions, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Our patients include people who are high-functioning but struggling, patients who need medication management, people seeking confidential addiction treatment, patients interested in medically supervised weight loss, veterans who need mental health evaluations, and students or professionals who need flexible appointment times.
